WHO I WORK WITH

Vintage typewriter and rotary telephone on a white shelving unit beside a potted fern

You do not need a diagnosis to start.

People come to me with anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, stress, identity questions, relationship difficulties, life transitions, or a general sense of being stuck and overwhelmed that has not been given a name yet.

Therapy is also a reasonable place to go when nothing is on fire. Building self-trust, understanding your own patterns, and getting practical tools that make daily life more manageable are all worth showing up for.

FREE, NO OBLIGATION

Initial consultation

Fifteen minutes, over the phone, at no cost

A short, no-pressure call where you tell me what has been going on, ask me anything you want to ask, and we work out whether the two of us are a good fit. There is no obligation to book anything afterward.

Individual psychotherapy

$170 for a 50 minute session

One to one sessions offering a confidential space to work through thoughts, emotions, experiences, and the patterns underneath them. We might be working on anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, relationships, identity, burnout, life transitions, or personal growth.

The focus is on building insight, developing practical coping strategies, strengthening self-trust, and supporting change that holds.

Therapy for couples and partnerships

$275 for a 90 minute session

An affirming space to strengthen communication, deepen emotional intimacy, move through life transitions together, and build connection.

This work suits partners who are in a reasonably stable place and want to strengthen the relationship on purpose, rather than partners who are primarily in crisis repair. All relationship structures, identities, and orientations are welcome, including relationships that are not monogamous.
