My Approach

Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but with the right support, you can begin to heal and make meaningful changes. I offer an Integrative and Authentic Therapy approach, creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly.

As your therapist, I’m committed to ensuring you feel heard, understood, and validated. I use a trauma-immersed, integrative approach, blending different therapeutic methods to meet your unique needs. The foundation of our work is a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where you feel comfortable expressing yourself authentically.

I’m here to support you as you navigate life’s challenges, whether it’s dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, or school and work-related stress. I have experience working with First Responders and their families, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and neurodivergent clients. Together, we can work through whatever you're facing and help you create a more fulfilling life.
