Starting therapy can feel intimidating — but it can also be the beginning of coming home to yourself.

I do this work because I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel seen, safe, and accepted exactly as they are. So many of us carry silent struggles—anxiety, trauma, identity questions, burnout—and we’re told to push through or shrink ourselves to fit. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you; it’s about reconnecting with what’s already strong, wise, and resilient within you.

My approach is integrative, trauma-immersed, and grounded in authenticity. I blend Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), DBT, and other evidence-based methods to meet you where you are—always in a non-judgmental, affirming space. What anchors our work is the relationship we build together: one based on trust, curiosity, and compassion.

I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent adults, athletes, and first responders and their families—people who often feel like they’re carrying too much on their own. You don’t have to keep doing it alone.

Together, we’ll work to untangle the patterns that are keeping you stuck and help you move toward a more grounded, meaningful, and self-affirming life.
