Welcome! I’m Holly (They/Them)

Working with me means having a space where you don’t have to explain or water yourself down. I’m a queer, trauma-informed, integrative therapist supporting 2SLGBTQIA+ folks, neurodivergent individuals, athletes, and first responders who are dealing with anxiety, identity questions, trauma, burnout, or feeling stuck in survival mode. If things feel overwhelming or you’re unsure how to show up as yourself, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), using a trauma-aware, affirming lens. Together, we work on building emotional flexibility, strengthening self-trust, and reconnecting with what actually matters to you — with tools that fit real life.

Therapy with me is about creating safety, understanding patterns, and moving toward a life that feels more sustainable and authentic, on your terms.

I offer in-person therapy in Whitby and virtual sessions across Ontario.
